Terms of service

The service

FastCore Survey lets client organizations create surveys (via editor, JSON import, API or AI agents), publish them under survey.fastcore.es and collect and analyze responses. Optional features include AI conversational mode, email notifications and webhooks.

Accounts and access

Organization access happens via email magic link, admin credentials or API keys issued by FastCore. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential and for all use made with them. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Collect data deceptively or without an adequate legal basis.
• Publish unlawful or defamatory content, or content infringing third-party rights.
• Send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Attempt to breach security, overload the infrastructure or perform bulk scraping.

Survey data and GDPR

Regarding collected responses, the organization publishing each survey acts as data controller and FastCore as processor. Processing details are described in the privacy policy. The client organization is responsible for its surveys complying with applicable law (informing data subjects, legal basis, minimization).

AI features

Conversational mode and the creator assistant use third-party language models. AI output may contain errors; the client organization must review generated surveys before publishing. AI usage may be subject to limits or credits.

Intellectual property

Your survey content and the collected responses are yours (or your respondents’). The platform, its code, design and trademarks belong to FastCore. You grant us the minimal license needed to host and process your content to provide the service.

Availability and changes

The service is provided “as is”, with reasonable availability efforts and no guarantee of uninterrupted service. We may update features and these terms; relevant changes will be announced on this page with a new update date.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FastCore shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use of the service. Total liability is limited to the amounts paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the originating event.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms, with notice when reasonable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Spain, unless mandatory rules state otherwise.
