Privacy policy
Last updated: June 21, 2026
This policy explains how FastCore Survey processes the personal data collected through surveys published on survey.fastcore.es. It applies both to people who answer surveys and to the organizations that publish them.
Data controller
The organization that publishes each survey is the controller of the responses it collects. FastCore acts as a data processor, operating the platform on that organization’s behalf. For general questions about the platform, contact us at the address at the end.
What data we collect
Depending on how each survey is configured, we may process:
- Your answers to the survey questions.
- Optional contact details if the survey requests them: name, email, phone and/or company.
- Technical metadata: language, timestamp, user agent and a hashed version of your IP address. We do not store your IP in clear text.
How we use the data
We use the data solely for the purposes defined by the controlling organization, such as operational discovery, commercial onboarding or satisfaction measurement. We do not use your answers for third-party advertising.
Legal basis
Processing relies on your consent when submitting the survey, on the organization’s legitimate interest in improving its services and, where applicable, on the contractual or pre-contractual relationship between you and that organization.
Conversational mode and artificial intelligence
Some surveys run in conversational (chat) mode. In that case, your answers may be processed by large language model (LLM) providers for the sole purpose of rephrasing questions, asking for clarifications and assisting you during the conversation. These providers act as processors and handle the data only to generate the response; we do not use your data to train third-party models.
Retention
We retain responses for a maximum of 24 months from collection, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention or you request earlier deletion. After that period, data is deleted or anonymized.
Who we share data with
We only share data with providers that serve us as processors (hosting infrastructure, email delivery and, where relevant, LLM providers). Automated notifications (webhooks) to the organization’s systems do not include contact data by default. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You may exercise at any time your rights to:
- Access your personal data.
- Rectify inaccurate data.
- Erasure (right to be forgotten).
- Object to and restrict processing.
- Data portability.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use marketing or third-party tracking cookies. The client portal uses browser local storage only to keep your session signed in.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or technical changes. We will always publish the current version on this page, showing the last updated date.
Contact
To exercise your rights or for any privacy question, write to [email protected]. If the survey belongs to a specific organization, you can also contact them as the data controller.
